Digital Doors can move you from most existing CRM systems including Salesforce to Pipedrive. We can migrate your existing data, structure and systems. However, firstly we seek to understand the challenges with your current platform, and assess if Pipedrive can offer an improvement. There is no point in moving if the existing problems are going to continue.

Most of our customers have never used a Sales CRM before. They may have used spreadsheets, or just pen and paper. Naturally, any change of systems can be challenging, but Pipedrive is easy to learn and use. Digital Doors can bring you through the process without too much disruption. Typically, we spend a number of day planning and setting up the system up, and then training the users and management on using the system. This process can take anywhere from a fortnight to 3 months, depending on the complexity, team size and existing computer skills. The actual changing over can be done almost instantly, usually over a weekend, with a level of ongoing training and support as required. To date, nobody who has switched to Pipedrive has gone back to the old system.

Pipedrive costs from €12.50 per month per user for the most basic plan, although all of our customers pay at least €24.50 per month per user, as they require extra functionality and tools. There can be other charges for add-ons such as the LeadBooster lead generation tool. Not every customer will benefit from these. Digital Doors will charge for any migration and training requirements, but our goal is to deliver a significant ROI and a clear and defined goal.

They also keep partners like Digital Doors updated on issues and design changes so we can help our customers plan for those changes, and keep their team working.

Pipedrive has some inbuilt tools to make it easy to connect to some systems, and for others, Digital Doors can create interfaces through API to allow multiple system communication.
